COSTA ANTIGUA 

The former "Nuevo Horizonte" is now officially called "Costa Antigua" and is located just north of Caleta de Fuste. Here are some hotels and residential apartments.

Costa Antigua is popular with holidaymakers looking for a quiet holiday away from the tourist centres, although there are an increasing number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.  There is also a launderette and bicycle rental office.
 

There is a steadily growing Irish community here, which has opened several bars along the main street with a wonderful Irish flair. The lively neighbourhood association organises theme parties or special events several times a year to which everyone is cordially invited.
 

From Costa Antigua it is only a short walk to Caleta de Fuste. The villages are connected by a beautiful coastal path. Alternatively, taxis to Caleta only cost a few euros. The public bus is an even more cost-effective way to travel to the resort.
