LOS ALARES 

Los Alares is a small sleepy village in the backlands, characterised by a motocross course. There are also several goat farms in the Los Alares area that produce an excellent goat's cheese. 

The signposted "Ruta del Queso" leads past the various farms, which all have a small farm shop and always sell freshly made goat's cheese.
