Here María makes the famous Canarian mojo sauce by hand according to her grandmother's recipe.  She only uses high quality ingredients that make this typical garlic sauce a real gourmet product.  The ingredients include extra virgin olive oil, garlic from Spain, vinegar and of course "grandmother's recipe".  Visits possible by appointment.
